Hiring a Python Lead with MongoDB, Thousand Oaks, CA- 3 days onsite Job Description: β€’ Should have 12+ years in Python and MongoDB, should have atleast 3 yrs lead exp. β€’ Develop and maintain robust and efficient Python-based applications and APIs. β€’ Design and implement data models and schemas in MongoDB. β€’ Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. β€’ Integrate applications with various third-party services and APIs. β€’ Optimize database queries and performance. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, etc.) to deliver high-quality products. β€’ Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes. β€’ Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Python and MongoDB development. β€’ Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our systems. β€’ β€’ Qualifications: β€’ β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). β€’ Strong understanding of Python programming concepts and best practices. β€’ Experience working with MongoDB and designing efficient data models. β€’ Proficiency in writing and optimizing database queries (e.g., aggregation framework). β€’ Experience with web frameworks like Flask or Django (preferred). β€’ Knowledge of RESTful API design principles. β€’ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). β€’ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
