Job Title: Python Developer (Focus on AI)Charlotte, NCPay $60-$62 per hourNO C2C/ W-2 Only. Overview:We are seeking a skilled Python / AI Developer with strong experience in building, optimizing, and deploying data-driven and machine learning solutions. This role will focus on developing scalable Python applications, implementing AI/ML models, and working with MySQL databases to support business and product initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services Build, train, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models Develop data pipelines and automation scripts using Python Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code Design and optimize MySQL database structures, queries, and stored procedures Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, and engineering Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional Python development experience Hands-on experience working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks Strong Python coding and software development fundamentals Experience working with MySQL databases (query optimization, schema design, data modeling) Experience building and deploying machine learning models using Python Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar) Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture Knowledge of version control tools such as Git Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour Work Location: In person
