Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing production-grade NLP and NLG solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists, business analysts, and NLG teams to deliver impactful AI-powered applications. Your expertise will drive the development of scalable, efficient, and intelligent solutions across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, optimize, and maintain AI/ML models and NLP pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms.
β’ Collaborate with data scientists, NLP specialists, and business teams to implement end-to-end production-grade Natural Language Generation (NLG) solutions.
β’ Handle large-scale text data processing, including tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, regex-based searches, and other text preprocessing techniques.
β’ Design and manage data storage solutions utilizing both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
β’ Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI/ML applications and workflows.
β’ Implement efficient data pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of machine learning models.
β’ Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, NLP, and cloud technologies, applying best practices to projects.
β’ Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry standards and CI/CD practices.
β’ Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing AI/ML workflows for better accuracy and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in Python programming with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
β’ Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
β’ Deep understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and preprocessing steps including regex searches, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and large-scale text processing.
β’ Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
β’ Experience in deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
β’ Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, business analysts, and software engineers.
β’ Solid problem-solving skills and ability to optimize workflows for scalability and performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with large language models (Transformers, GPT, BERT).
β’ Familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Gensim.
β’ Experience working on NLG projects, including dialogue systems or content generation.
β’ Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
