The focus of this role is a key Axiom ControllerView project supporting the Controllers organization with regulatory reporting obligations. You will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Axiom platform and surrounding in-house applications. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in the installation, upgrades, and deployments of Finance Technology solutions. • Design, code, test, debug, and document changes for moderately complex projects. • Identify and implement improvements to system performance, reliability, and service quality. • Analyze technical challenges, evaluate solution options, and ensure compliance with security standards. • Collaborate with internal technology teams, business partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of programming principles including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design (preferably in Python). • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams. • Analytical mindset and methodical approach to writing and testing code. • Intermediate experience with relational databases and SQL. • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting tools.
