Python Developer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Python Developer for a one-year contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Alpharetta, GA. Must be local to the Atlanta or willing to work in a hybrid capacity. Onsite interview is required. We will only present the top 2 candidates to the hiring manager. We are looking to grow our Infrastructure Automation team. Will work with a team of diverse skills sets to release solutions to provide automation and self-service capabilities to increase the productivity of internal teams. Responsibilities: • Our primary responsibilities will be to develop and maintain RESTful software using the Python programming language with a strong emphasis on the SQLAlchemy ORM. • Additional responsibilities will include developing modules and configurations using Terraform to support and expand an Infrastructure as Code initiative. Prior experience with Terraform is not essential. • The team would respect a team member that has a passion towards engaging and improving all steps of the software development life cycle.
