Location: Columbus, OH or Jersey City, NJ (Onsite, Mon–Fri) Type: Contract-to-Hire or Direct FTE
Overview: We are seeking two rockstar Senior Python Developers with deep experience in building scalable, high-performance systems in complex environments. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a strong GitHub presence showcasing their work.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications in a fast-paced, enterprise setting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
• Document and share technical knowledge across teams
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Proven success in complex, high-impact environments
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and data processing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• GitHub profile showcasing relevant work is required
