Role - Lead Python Engineer Remote It appears they want someone strong in Python with Data and AI who also has experience leading teams and being proactive, not reactive. Someone who doesn't just follow direction, but sets direction. More of a Lead. Here's the write up again. • Team is looking for someone to stay ideally longer-term • Lot of python is a must have • Need to onboard another team member with more backend focus. • Cloud architecture work is light (less than 3 hours/week), mostly for troubleshooting and support • Backend development skills are the main priority; cloud/Azure is a helpful bonus • Understands how to architect systems for production and scale, in an enterprise setting where security, data governance, etc matter a lot • Extensive Azure Cloud Architecture experience (should understands its quirks, etc.) • Python and SQL required; • Gets stuff done, comfortable with ambiguity, collegial and collaborative • Works closely with users and business stakeholders to understand requirements before building • Remote US-based time zone, with ET or CT preferred • Using an AI tool called “Langsmith” (to do evals on AI portion)- but this person can learn while on the job if they havent used it in the past.
