JD:
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and analyze failures across software, hardware, and integrated systems to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and reliability teams to detect, classify, and prevent recurring issues.
• Use analytics and visualization to detect patterns, predict failures, and enhance system reliability.
• Build internal full stack applications for failure tracking, data visualization, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and reliability engineers to deploy predictive and diagnostic models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience building end-to-end solutions using React/Angular, Flask/FastAPI, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Plotly.
• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery) and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, or system-level data to diagnose issues and automate insights.
