We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in Core Banking implementations, specifically with FIS IBS Core Conversion projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in testing, data migration validation, and UAT support during large-scale core banking transformations.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of QA/testing experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience with FIS IBS Core Conversion (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of data migration testing, reconciliation, and report validation.
• Experience with API / Web Services testing (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, ALM/QC, Postman, Selenium, JMeter (or similar).
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business & technology teams.
