Job Description: -
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
β’ 6β10 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
β’ Strong skills in requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process modeling.
β’ Expertise in test strategy, test planning, functional & integration testing, and automation frameworks.
β’ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies.
β’ Proficiency with tools: JIRA/Azure DevOps, Confluence, TestRail/Zephyr, Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured.
β’ Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
β’ Nice to have: Cloud (AWS/Azure), performance/security testing, and certifications (CBAP, ISTQB, PSM).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Analysis Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
β’ Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Maintain and prioritize product backlog; collaborate with UX and engineering teams.
β’ Support sprint ceremonies and manage requirement changes through controlled processes.
β’ Drive UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, data, and defect triage.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
β’ Define and implement test strategy for features and releases.
β’ Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for UI and API.
β’ Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.
β’ Perform functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
