Position Summary Our client is seeking a QA Data Analyst to tackle post-sales mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance. Primary Responsibilities Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case of major issue is reported - managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market Preferred Qualifications 0-1 years of experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent level of work experience Minimum 1-8 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol, Android infrastructure, Python, C++, Java. Write / Review TCs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus. Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and establish process mapping is a plus #IND
