Job Title: Qlik / Business Intelligence Developer Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Experience: 7+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Qlik / Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality BI solutions using Qlik, Talend, Snowflake, React JS, and AWS. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that enable actionable insights across clinical and commercial teams. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Qlik Cloud, integrated with Snowflake, Redshift, and AWS services. • Manage end-to-end ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading, integration, and quality assurance across multiple platforms. • Implement and maintain data governance, modeling, and visualization standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Perform performance tuning across the BI stack, including data retrieval, transformation, and reporting processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering innovation and continuous learning. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the BI strategy. ⸻ Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in Qlik and Business Intelligence development. • Strong expertise in ETL, data modeling, data integration, and data quality management. • Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably AWS. • Solid understanding of data governance, BI best practices, and performance optimization. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across multi-functional teams. • Proven experience in mentoring and leading development teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. ⸻ Why Join Us: • Work on cutting-edge BI solutions that drive strategic business decisions. • Hybrid work model: 3 days in Bridgewater, NJ, with flexible remote days. • Opportunity to mentor and lead a talented BI development team. • Be part of an innovative and collaborative organization focused on measurable impact.
