Job Title: QlikView Developer Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced QlikView Developer to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining QlikView dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement QlikView dashboards, reports, and applications. • Translate business requirements into effective data visualization and reporting solutions. • Optimize QlikView applications for performance, scalability, and usability. • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and data teams to deliver reporting solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions. • Perform troubleshooting, tuning, and maintenance of QlikView applications. • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to support reporting needs. • Stay updated with BI and data visualization best practices. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in QlikView development and scripting. • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). • Experience with ETL tools and data integration concepts. • Knowledge of QlikView Server/Publisher and deployment processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have • Exposure to Qlik Sense and migration projects. • Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain. Experience • 5+ years of overall IT experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with QlikView.
