QlikView/Qliksense Developer - Onsite Role

We are seeking an experienced QlikView/QlikSense Developer with strong expertise in Reporting, BI, and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adopt new technologies and apply their knowledge to BI/Data products and implementation projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, project managers, business analysts, developers, and customers to deliver high‑quality BI solutions. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to design, develop, and implement BI/Data product roadmaps and customer solutions. • Work closely with designers, developers, BI architects, business analysts, project managers, implementation managers, and sales teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of large‑scale BI projects. • Engage with customers, business users, developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to understand business and technical requirements. • Design reporting layers and support ETL planning, development, testing, and documentation. • Develop and interpret business, logical, and physical data models for data warehousing using standard methodologies (top‑down and bottom‑up). • Utilize Big Data platforms to support BI and reporting initiatives. Required Experience & Skills • 3+ years developing multi‑tier enterprise QlikView applications. • 4+ years designing, developing, and implementing Reporting and Analytics solutions for BI/DW. • 4+ years of reporting experience in high‑volume environments with diverse data sources. • 3+ years working with Data Visualization tools (QlikView/QlikSense, Tableau, Spotfire). • Experience connecting to in‑memory and/or columnar data storage appliances. • Strong experience designing and developing QlikView user interfaces. • Hands‑on experience gathering dashboard requirements directly from customers. • Experience installing and configuring QlikView/QlikSense Server. • Ability to develop QlikView/QlikSense demo applications for PoCs. • Strong SQL development skills. Technical Skills • QlikView/QlikSense Publisher • Reporting and data visualization customization • HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript • QlikView ETL tools and command‑line utilities • OLAP cubes and datamarts • QlikView/QlikSense storage model • Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, etc. • Windows Server 2012 and virtualization (preferably VMware) • ETL job scheduling Nice to Have • Healthcare or pharma domain experience • ERwin data modeling • Data quality management tools • Enterprise security integration • HTTP/SOAP web services • ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) • Linux experience Role Expectations BI Developers may work across multiple projects and clients, requiring strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
