QRM Engineer

Title: QRM Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Rate: $50/Hr Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C. Top Skills • QRM tech engineer specialized in installation of that software, troubleshoot, upgrade in AWS cloud environment; • AWS Infrastructure – Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions etc. • Terraform • PowerShell scripting • MS SQL • Familiarity with analytical tools. • Must have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, collaborative team player, and able to work in a matrixed environment across LOB’s, positive attitude, team player, self-starter. • Vendor management/negotiating skills • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills. • Fast learner with a curious mind and a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. Responsibilities • Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability • Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities • Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software • Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies • Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis • Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC • Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise Qualifications • 5-8+ years' of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries, and working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages • Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks • Thorough understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support Desired skills • QRM experience is strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree • AWS experience and/or certification(s) • GitLab or similar CI/CD experience • Windows PowerShell scripting • Terraform JSON or similar
