Must-Have Skills:
QRM expertise (administration/configuration)
AWS experience
Responsibilities Include:
Managing QRM product, ensuring performance and stability
Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities
Troubleshooting updates and upgrades for QRM software
Participating in Agile SCRUM ceremonies
Developing use cases, flow diagrams, and performing workflow analysis
Creating necessary documentation across all SDLC phases
Troubleshooting business partner requirements and resolving issues
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree: 5-8+ years of technical expertise in MS SQL (writing/reading SQL queries, building/maintaining SSIS packages)
Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks
In-depth understanding of all phases of the SDLC
AWS certifications
GitLab or similar CI/CD tools
Windows PowerShell scripting
Terraform, JSON, or similar
