Role description
Title: Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) Technical Engineer / Product Support
Location: The resource may sit in either Charlotte or Detroit. This is a hybrid position (3 days/week in office)
Interview Process: Onsite Interview
Qualification Required:
• Manage QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability
• Interface with business and management support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities
• Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software
• Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies
• Work with project or functional leads in developing use cases / scenarios, flow diagrams and performing workflow analysis
• Create documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC
• Thoroughly understand the business partner requirements and troubleshoot when issues arise
• QRM experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• AWS experience and/or certification(s)
• GitLab or similar CI/CD experience
• Windows PowerShell scripting
• Terraform JSON or similar
