Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist / Selenium Duration: 6 Month - Contract to Hire Location: Alpharetta, GA/ 5 Days Onsite Required Pay Scale: $38-$40/HR (W2 ONLY) • • • Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates • • • Job Summary: Seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support enterprise-scale applications with a strong focus on automation testing. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for API and UI applications while partnering closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Alpharetta, GA Project Details: • Support ongoing development and release cycles for enterprise financial applications • Build, maintain, and enhance automation test frameworks • Execute API, UI, regression, and integration testing • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure quality deliverables • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Contribute to improving overall QA processes and automation coverage Must Haves • 2-3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing with Bachelors • 5-8 years of experience without Bachelors • Strong hands-on experience with test automation • Experience with Selenium • Solid experience testing APIs / web services (REST) • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills Desired Skills • Experience with Karate (preferred, not required) • Java-based automation experience • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines • Experience with enterprise or financial services applications • SQL or backend testing experience • Prior contract-to-hire experience About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
