Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: • Design, create, and manage dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms. • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide clear, actionable insights. • Maintaining documentation of dashboard development processes, data sources, design choices, and dashboard validation requirements based on company policy. Experience: • 0-2 Years Data Analysis: • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Ensuring confidential or sensitive data is handled securely and following data protection laws and company policies. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with different departments to understand their data and reporting needs. • Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use dashboards effectively. • Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and ensure timely resolution. • Work with IT to ensure all Quality dashboards meet the corporate IT policy and state-of-the-art requirements based on technology trends. Reporting: • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on dashboard data. • Present findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
