Role description
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project. Position Responsibilities β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. β€’ Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics. β€’ Interprets data to support processes, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems. β€’ Interprets data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability. β€’ Analyses data to establish Quality performance improvement projects through problem solving and root cause analysis. β€’ Proficient with SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). β€’ Proficient with Data visualization platforms including Tableau and/or Power BI Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) β€’ Proficient with Data visualization platforms including Tableau and/or Power BI β€’ Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field β€’ Knowledge of relevant programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) is often beneficial for integration and automation. β€’ 3+ years of experience with query performance tuning and indexing strategies. β€’ Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query) β€’ Experience with analytical, communication and problem solving skills β€’ Experience developing presentations for leadership.
