Qualtrics SME / Solution Architect
💰 £450-£500 (Inside IR35) | 📅 6-Month Contract
📍 London (2 days onsite)
Our client is seeking an experienced Qualtrics SME / Solution Architect to support a critical enterprise customer experience transformation programme. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise-scale Qualtrics solutions across customer, employee, and brand experience initiatives. As the Qualtrics SME, you will act as the technical and strategic lead across enterprise Qualtrics implementations and optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business goals into scalable Qualtrics solutions and architecture designs
• Design survey structures, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable experience management architectures
• Assess solution feasibility, risks, and implementation constraints
• Lead enterprise-level implementation and migration of Qualtrics platforms
• Configure surveys, dashboards, automations, embedded data logic, and workflows
• Build integrations between Qualtrics and enterprise platforms including:
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Slack
• CRM, HRIS, and data warehouse platforms
• Develop custom scripts using JavaScript and Python for automation and platform enhancements
• Support API and web services integrations across enterprise ecosystems
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery
• Provide strategic guidance on Qualtrics capabilities and best practices
• Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
• Test and validate survey logic, workflows, integrations, and reporting outputs
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimise performance
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and reporting accuracy
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to client and internal teams
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides
• Support long-term ownership and operational adoption of Qualtrics solutions
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics including one or more of:
• CoreXM
• CustomerXM
• EmployeeXM
• BrandXM
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Qualtrics solutions
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platform architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS
• Python or SQL
• Experience configuring workflow automation and event-triggered actions
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as:
• Tableau
• Microsoft Power BI
• Experience integrating Qualtrics with enterprise platforms including Salesforce and SAP
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strategic mindset with strong customer focus and service orientation
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
