Only W2 No C2C Job Title: Senior Qualtrics Developer/Subject Matter Expert Location: Torrance CA 90501 (On-Site) Pay: $70-75/hr. on W2 Duration: 12-month Contract with possibility of extension We are seeking a Senior Qualtrics Developer / Subject Matter Expert to lead application design, development, and support of enterprise-level Qualtrics solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on development while ensuring best practices, scalability, and continuous improvement across projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Qualtrics applications. Lead development workstreams; mentor onshore/offshore team members. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile practices, and code quality standards. Collaborate with business users to identify enhancements and deliver solutions. Perform impact analysis, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to developers. Maintain system integrity, security, and performance. Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience in Qualtrics application development. 3+ years leading/managing enterprise implementation workstreams. Qualtrics Platform Developer I or II certification required. Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Strong expertise in workflows, validation rules, reporting, dashboards, and data migrations. Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Preferred: Additional Cloud Consultant certifications (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing). Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.). If interested please share your updated resume.
