Title: Qualtrics Reporting Analyst Location: Remote, EST hours preferred Duration: 4 Months + Possible Extensions Must-Have: • 2+ years of hands-on Qualtrics platform experience • Proven ability to build and enhance interactive dashboards for employee experience (EX) surveys • Experience working with large enterprise environments and complex employee datasets • Familiarity with Text iQ and 360-Degree Feedback modules Plus: • Understanding of Qualtrics hierarchies, permissions, and workflow logic • Exposure to Employee Lifecycle, Pulse, or Employee 360 survey programs • Experience with workflows, external automations, and historical data integration • Exposure to candidate experience (CX) surveys and lifecycle programs Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring a Qualtrics Reporting Analyst to support a large enterprise consumer healthcare client’s with over 20,000 employees globally. This role will focus heavily on dashboard development and enhancements within the Qualtrics platform, specifically for employee engagement and experience surveys. The analyst will work with existing survey frameworks—such as annual engagement, exit, and candidate experience surveys—and be responsible for building and refining dashboards that visualize key insights. They will receive requirements from stakeholders, design and update dashboards accordingly, conduct UAT testing, and analyze survey responses using tools like Text iQ. While most surveys are already built, the primary focus will be on enhancing dashboards tied to quarterly pulse surveys and other employee experience programs.
