Job Title: Qualtrics Tech Lead 12 months contract role on W2/1099 Location: Torrance, CA We are seeking a Qualtrics Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and management of our Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform. This role will focus on driving technical implementations, ensuring platform scalability, and leading a team to deliver data-driven insights that enhance customer and employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the technical design and governance of the Qualtrics platform. • Translate business requirements into advanced survey, workflow, and dashboard solutions. • Oversee integration of Qualtrics with enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, BI tools). • Develop best practices, standards, and optimization strategies for platform usage. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to team members. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and actionable reporting. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics design, automation, and integrations. • Proficiency in survey logic, API usage, and workflows. • Experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end implementations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
