Our client, a leading organization in financial services, is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Analyst to join their team. As a Quantitative Analytics Analyst, you will be part of the Market and Counterparty Risk Analytics department supporting risk management and model validation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a passion for developing innovative risk solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
โข Design and specify credit and counterparty risk models for various product categories including derivatives and structured products
โข Develop, enhance, and maintain the PEAC model for counterparty risk assessment within the Prime Brokerage business
โข Collaborate with stakeholders across risk management, model validation, and technology teams to deliver effective risk analytics solutions
โข Implement large-scale software solutions using Python to support risk modeling initiatives
โข Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What's Needed?
โข 4+ years of hands-on coding experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL
โข 2+ years of experience working with derivative products and market analysis in equity and prime brokerage
โข Strong understanding of the theory and mathematics behind data modeling and risk assessment
โข Experience working with sales and trading partners as a model developer
โข Master's degree or higher in computer science, computational finance, mathematics, or a related technical field
