R Studio/ POSIT Resource

Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location) Key Responsibilities • Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams. • As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a Posit GxP platform, product, or engagement. • Your role involves defining solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. • Architect and implement the Analytics Platform - Posit Workbench GxP-qualified analytics platform end-to-end. • Hands-on admin of Posit Workbench on Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and/or Kubernetes. • Manage R and Python runtimes, package repositories (Posit Package Manager, CRAN snapshots), and validated package sets. • Configure Okta/SSO, RBAC, and audit logging in line with 21 CFR Part 11. • Integrate HPC/compute schedulers, NFS storage (PowerScale/Isilon), and monitoring tooling. • Author HLD/LLD, configuration specs, SOPs, and runbooks meeting GAMP 5 standards. • Lead IQ/OQ/PQ authoring and execution with QA and validation analysts. • Drive CAB, change control, and risk assessments for platform changes. • Partner with Vendor for Open Validate workstream on R package qualification. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Must have skills: -"POSIT", "Rstudio", “Python”, "Gxp" • Strong Linux admin, shell scripting, and working knowledge of R/Python ecosystems. • 8+ years platform architecture/admin experience for analytics or HPC platforms (6+ for Level 7). • Demonstrated GxP / GAMP 5 / 21 CFR Part 11 experience in regulated environments. • Pharma/life-sciences exposure preferred. • Prior Analytics comparable regulated statistical computing platform experience preferred. • Strong communication: able to engage client architects, QA, and infrastructure leads directly. • Expert proficiency in R-Studio is required. Master proficiency in Technology Architecture is recommended. • Expert proficiency in Applications Architecture and Python (Programming Language), along with advanced proficiency in Architectural Design and expert proficiency in Data Science, are suggested.
