Role: Channel Metadata Analyst (Digital Lab)
Manager's update
β’ This position is in the HCP CRM group
β’ responsible for managing the content metadata
β’ Working on the CPMT tool
β’ required to go into Salesforce, make updates to how content is being tagged
β’ Person would sit in between like the brand and our IT or BTS partners
β’ working with our IT team to update Salesforce
β’ reviewing AI tags and confirming that they are correct
β’ working with the BTS team to help optimize some of that process
β’ This person will be brand-facing so want good communicator
β’ Working with IT team or BTS
β’ creating reports in sales force doing analysis
β’ Updating records or you know finding errors and cleaning them up they will be developing and maintaining documentation
β’ help us drive standardization and automations and process improvements
β’ help us design update reports
β’ Reporting is done through like email and Excelβs
β’ Working with Power BI and Smartsheet, Salesforce
β’ Some sort of experience with digital marketing operations or metadata
β’ Experience with database and content management, Project management
β’ SQL , snowflake experience is nice to have
β’ This is not Marketo role but Marketo is plus
β’ Working with brands
β’ E-mail is a pretty high channel (different types of emails)
β’ This position is more brand-to-brand but also like HCP marketing lot differently consumer marketing than just patient services marketing
β’ Marketing and data analytics experience will work
β’ Experience with lot of Metadata work is really plus
β’ data management and some technical aspect
β’ will help in launching AI solution
β’ Experience with data management is must must-have
β’ more of the technical side of things, especially because theyβre going to be working like production every day with our IT team
β’ Looking for marketing aptitude so like the ability to work with thatβs our client
β’ Realocation candidate will work
β’ Salesforce, Smartsheet and Power BI experience is great to have
β’ Project management experience is very critical
β’ Serve the brand and so itβs really just making sure that those brands are satisfied with the level of tech

Summary:
β’ The Channel Metadata Analyst supports Client Digital Lab with day-to-day management, oversight, and optimization of marketing metadata and digital operational programs.
β’ This role will also cover aspects of Email Rental, Preference Center management, and dashboard/data operations.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead daily operations, including metadata tagging and dashboard management across complex brand programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain updated content, align processes, and uphold data management standards
β’ Utilize Salesforce (CPMT) for metadata activities
β’ Perform data querying, analysis, and process automation using SQL
β’ Develop and maintain documentation such as playbooks, guides, and RACI matrices
β’ Onboard cross-functional/agency teams on workflows and operational processes
β’ Partner with teams to gather requirements, test, and verify data inputs/outputs
β’ Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements to enable greater efficiency
β’ Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with partners
β’ Design, update, and maintain dashboards/operational reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, & PowerBI
β’ Oversee and support aspects of Email Rental and Preference Center workflows and operations
β’ Stay current with digital operations best practices and recommend new solutions
β’ Communicate clearly and set expectations throughout operational processes
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
β’ Experience with digital marketing operations, database/content management, project management.
β’ Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Salesforce; proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) & Marketo a strong plus
β’ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
β’ Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
β’ Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork and driving programs to completion
β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
β’ Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and open to new challenges
