Media and Web Data Analyst
β’ Looking for UX and SEO consultation experience. Using SEO tools and integrating them in a dashboard is one thing, but recommending UX and SEO improvements to a website based on data in a presentation or workshop is much more what we would hope for in these optional areas.
β’ Looking for candidates that can make dashboards as an area of growth, but Marketing requires presentations and synthesis in reporting slides, and conversational delivery of information to understand what steps they can take toward their goals.
β’ Looking for facilitation, presentation, and client service skills
β’ Looking for candidates that are lighter on data integration / coding experience and heavier on client service in these areas, particularly with pharma experience, that would be even more ideal for our team.

β’ The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in analyzing website, email, and media performance data, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
β’ You will play a critical role in compiling, interpreting, and integrating performance metrics into comprehensive marketing presentations and analytics reports.
β’ Working closely with media specialists, search, and social teams, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing efforts targeting healthcare professionals with smaller emphasis on patients.
Responsibilities:
β’ Collect, compile, and analyze data from digital media campaigns including banners, email, and other channels to bring structure and prioritization to a broad set of data
β’ Analyze and interpret website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
β’ Develop and deliver data-driven marketing presentations, providing insights, trends, and actionable recommendations between media performance data and website interactions against strategic marketing goals
β’ Collaborate with media, search, and social teams to produce integrated performance reports.
β’ Identify opportunities for optimization across digital channels
β’ Clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Stay current with digital marketing KPIs and implications of emerging technologies when providing clients insight in their marketing efforts
β’ Effectively communicate results through compelling visuals and easy-to-track insights and recommendations
β’ Transform and submit performance data to internal databases using Tableau Prep Builder
β’ Coordinate with stakeholders to secure creative, create tagged URLs, and hand off display banner placements to vendors for deployment with Campaign Manager 360
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field.
β’ 4-6 years of relevant experience; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
β’ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Google Campaign Manager 360.
β’ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
β’ Experience integrating web and email data into strategic marketing presentations.
