Role description
Job Title: Revenue Growth Management Analyst
Location: East Hanover, NJ, US 07936
This person ensures Sales, promotion, and forecasting systems are accurate, integrated, and revenue-impact ready before they go live
Key Responsibilities:
• Report Testing for TPM and Spark including data and field validations between source and target
• Constrained forecast in Reporting (DSR, SPARK, Tableau, etc.)
• S4 Integration Testing in Sales Systems (TPM; BW; Power BI; Tableau)
• S4 UAT Testing in Sales Systems (TPM; BW; Power BI; Tableau)
• Data Quality review and defect resolution
• Promotion Driver Validation for 09 leveraging Power BI; TPM; Tableau & Excel
• Holistic accuracy results and Base + Incremental acceptance testing
• Understanding of Forecast Accuracy metrics and Bias and Base/Incremental, Promoted/Non-Promoted and ROI principles
• Delegation of promo remediation to CCMs (based on DQ dashboard)
• Thought leadership in setting thresholds for base & incremental acceptance testing
• Orchestration of acceptance testing activities across commercial teams

• Sales Force TPM (APEX)
• Power BI
• Microsoft Office Suite
Skill Sets
