Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL 60629 (Hybrid β 2 days onsite)
Schedule: MondayβFriday, 7:00 AM β 4:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to support people operations by analyzing employee data and improving HR processes. This role focuses on time & attendance, compliance, and process standardization in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze HR data (attendance, absenteeism, leave) to identify trends and issues
β’ Improve and streamline Time & Attendance (T&A) processes
β’ Support and enhance I-9 and compliance processes
β’ Develop SOPs and standardize HR workflows
β’ Partner with managers and stakeholders to drive process improvements
β’ Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Requirements:
β’ Strong experience with HR data analysis
β’ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (must-have)
β’ Experience with Time & Attendance, leave management, or compliance
β’ Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
β’ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Preferred:
β’ Experience in manufacturing or operations environment
