Job Title: Product Insights and Analytics
Location: NY Home Office (Hybrid β Tues/Wed/Thurs in office, NYC)
Duration: 12 months (Potential to convert to FTE)
Must Haves (Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience)
β’ Fluent in Google Analytics (creating and manipulating dashboards)
β’ Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Expert)
β’ Tableau experience
β’ Ability to compile and present data to stakeholders, explaining findings from both an analytical and big-picture perspective
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when reconciling multiple data sources
β’ Values unpacking why outcomes occurred, not just reporting what happened
Deal Breakers
β’ No experience compiling and presenting data to stakeholders while explaining findings from an analytical and big-picture perspective
β’ Lack of experience in Google Analytics, Excel, or PowerPoint at an advanced level
About the Team
β’ The Product Insights and Analytics team enables and performs insights-driven analyses that fuel optimization across client growth and retention programs β specifically Field Web (Agent and General Office digital presence) and Financial Education initiatives.
β’ We partner closely with Product, Strategy, Marketing, and Field Enablement teams by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Role Overview
β’ Weβre seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented insights professional for a full-time, 12-month contract.
β’ This role will own monthly reporting for key digital client acquisition programs, delivering actionable insights using data from across multiple sources, and will support ad-hoc analyses upon request.
β’ Youβll operate in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment where accuracy, clarity, and curiosity matter.
β’ Insight development, data integrity, visually compelling presentations, and high-quality storytelling are core expectations embedded across everything this role delivers.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Reporting
β’ Compile and present recurring, high-visibility reporting that outlines program performance and informs leadership decision-making.
β’ At times, compiling the reporting may require reconciling disparate sources into a trusted, end-to-end campaign view.
β’ All reporting should identify trends, drivers, and opportunities β with the aim of clearly articulating the βwhyβ behind performance.
β’ Perform thorough data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs.
Tracking & Data Quality (one-time project)
β’ Update and validate tracking parameters (UTMs) across agent digital properties to ensure accurate downstream performance measurement.
Cross-Functional Partnership
β’ Collaborate across the Client Growth & Retention Value Stream to ensure alignment on goals, measurement, and insight needs.
β’ Support efforts to streamline and automate data processes by helping determine which metrics are essential for reporting automation.
β’ Serve as the day-to-day third-party vendor point of contact for data and reporting, coordinating data file exchanges and ensuring timely, accurate data delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years in data analysis, insights, marketing analytics, or related roles
β’ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
β’ Experience with Google Analytics required
β’ Experience with data visualization tools; Tableau preferred
β’ Familiarity with Insurance or Financial Services is a plus
