Duration: 06 Month extension possible based on needs and performance
Minimum Salary: $45.00 Per Hourly
Maximum Salary: $50.00 Per Hourly

Job Purpose
β’ The Senior Data Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing support to the Dynamic Planning & Resource Management team through data collection, data analytics, process documentation and development, data visualization and strategic data entry support.
β’ The Analyst will support the creation and management of annual work plans as well as reporting against the plan.
Key Accountabilities
β’ Support the development of reporting to improve resource planning assumptions and future work plan decisions.
β’ Work with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across a multitude of systems including Powerplan, STORMS, Future Now, SAP Etc.
β’ Partner with the business, including but not limited to, Project Management, Program Management, Project Development and Transmission and Distribution Asset Management, Portfolio management and Strategic Long-Term Planning to ensure Project schedules, resource assumptions and forecasts are in alignment with expectations.
β’ Develop and document Dynamic Planning & Resource Management processes resulting in a Playbook to be published to the business and support future growth.
β’ Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Lead initiatives to establish dashboards to assist in the automation of resource planning and profile management.
β’ Coordinate information sharing and learning opportunities within Work Development and Resource Management.
β’ Provide analytic reporting and process development of a multitude of internal strategic improvement initiatives.
β’ Ensure alignment between current and evolving processes and underlying reporting and system capabilities.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
β’ Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative, integrity and ability to interact with company personnel at all levels.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree and 5+ yearsβ experience with data reporting or equivalent relevant experience required
β’ Experience documenting, developing and implementing processes preferred
β’ Knowledge of SAP, Powerplan, STORMS, Primevera and Business Intelligence Reporting
β’ Proficient Excel skills required
β’ Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Microsoft Project required
β’ Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
β’ Strong communications skills required
β’ Ability to provide guidance and direction based on data analysis
β’ Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. both external and internal)
β’ Valid driverβs license required.
