RCM Data Analyst (SQL & Prompt Engineering)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in SQL, prompt engineering, and deep Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) analytics. The ideal candidate will support analytical work across revenue cycle workflows, helping to structure and interpret complex data while contributing to prompt development and refinement for audit and operational use cases. Key Responsibilities: • Support analytical work across end-to-end RCM workflows • Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL • Structure complex datasets to generate meaningful insights • Develop and refine prompts for audit and operational use cases • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in SQL • Hands-on experience in prompt engineering • Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Candidate Profile: • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills
