RCM Data & BI Consultant

Description: We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Data Analytics, and MHS Genesis to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The ideal candidate will analyze complex revenue cycle data, identify operational issues, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial operations. This role requires advanced analytics, deep RCM knowledge, and hands-on experience with MHS Genesis. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze RCM data (including MHS Genesis) to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps • Provide recommendations to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, and revenue integrity • Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Conduct root cause analysis on claims, denials, and reimbursement trends • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes • Present insights to leadership and client stakeholders Required Experience: • 8+ years in Healthcare RCM and Analytics • Expertise in RCM operations and MHS Genesis • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAS) and Microsoft Excel • Experience with EHR/billing systems (e.g., Oracle Cerner) • Must be a U.S. citizen and hold or be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
