Job Title: R&D Data Scientist
Job Description
As an R&D Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the digitalization and implementation of various digital tools for analytical and stability workstreams within the Wellbeing Collective. Your focus will be on new product development life cycles, working on both global and EC R&D Lab-based projects related to analytical and stability functions.
Responsibilities
β’ Implement LIMS for product stability studies at both development and commercial trial stages. Develop new templates and coordinate study setup to facilitate laboratory team execution.
β’ Collaborate with analytical scientists to build the stability studies database in LIMS by integrating existing datasets.
β’ Enhance data interpretation and kinetic modeling by utilizing Data Lab's capabilities to address challenges in data analysis for product stability studies.
β’ Develop standardized templates and define a systematic workstream to ensure effective implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) practices.
β’ Provide training and ongoing support to the R&D product development team for the integration of digital tools into daily workflows.
β’ Adhere to GMPs, SHE requirements, and other applicable regulations, ensuring timely completion of SHE assigned trainings.
β’ Report any unsafe acts or conditions observed in the workplace and participate in safety-related processes and activities.
Essential Skills
β’ Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in chemistry or related science.
β’ Hands-on experience with digital tools and programming principles.
β’ Ability to apply scientific principles and techniques to assigned projects.
β’ Understanding of stability studies and analytical sciences.
β’ Experience in research & development, stability testing, and data analysis.

β’ Ability to work well with others.
β’ Fast learning ability for good laboratory and documentation practices.
