🚀 Role Overview
We’re looking for an R&D Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to join our global support team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys learning complex systems while helping others succeed.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting enterprise R&D tools, ensuring smooth operations, data integrity, and compliance—while also helping identify opportunities for automation and process improvement 🤖✨.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• 📥 Execute R&D System Requests
• Accurately fulfill enterprise tool requests using strong knowledge of systems, compliance, and R&D processes.
• 🧑 💻 Provide Timely Expert Support
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and responsive support to global R&D users.
• 🧠 Serve as a Business Application Expert
• Act as a subject matter expert for one or more complex R&D business applications.
• 🧪 Specialize in R&D Processes
• Build expertise in areas such as records management, lab data management, and change requests.
• ⏱️ Maximize Scientist Productivity
• Streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort for scientists and engineers.
• 🔮 Anticipate Customer Needs
• Proactively support users by leveraging strong organizational and system knowledge.
• 🌐 Maintain Global Service Excellence
• Collaborate effectively in a diverse, global, and hybrid team environment.
• 🔄 Drive Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and propose digitization and automation solutions.
• 🤖 Automate Administrative Tasks
• Apply or develop automation and AI-based solutions to reduce repetitive work.

• Operate in strict alignment with regulated R&D processes and audit requirements.
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (technical, scientific, or business-related preferred)
💼 Experience
• 2+ years of experience in operations, technical support, system administration, or relevant academic projects/internships
🗣️ Language Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to support a global organization
💻 Technical Skills
Required:
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and business processes
Nice to Have:
• Experience with EDMS, LMS, or Project Management tools
• Knowledge of data structures, databases, automation, scripting, or AI tools
• Familiarity with SAP, Cornerstone, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
