Role description
We are partnered with a global consultancy that is looking to bring on a talented Data/MarTech Analyst or Specialist who has expertise in Redpoint Interaction (Customer Engagement Software). This position can sit fully remote and begins as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. • No sponsorship or third-party candidates are accepted at this time • Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Redpoint Interaction Specialist to join our marketing technology team. This role requires expertise in Redpoint Global's customer engagement platform, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer interactions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing strategy with technical execution to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities Platform Management & Development: • Design and implement complex interaction flows using Redpoint Interaction (RPI) • Configure real-time decision engines for personalized customer experiences • Develop and maintain interaction strategies across email, web, mobile, and other channels • Create and optimize decision trees, business rules, and segmentation logic • Manage campaign orchestration and customer journey mapping Technical Implementation: • Integrate Redpoint Interaction with CRM, CDP, and other marketing technology stack • Configure API connections and data feeds for real-time decisioning • Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance • Collaborate with IT teams on data architecture and system integrations Marketing Campaign Execution: • Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Execute multi-channel campaigns with real-time personalization • A/B test interaction strategies and optimize performance • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Analytics & Optimization: • Analyze customer interaction data to identify optimization opportunities • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholder communication • Conduct performance analysis and ROI measurement • Recommend improvements to interaction strategies and customer journeys Required Qualifications Technical Skills: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Redpoint Interaction platform • Strong understanding of real-time decisioning and customer journey orchestration • Experience with API integrations and data management • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web personalization • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CDPs Marketing Experience • 5+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations • Experience with multi-channel campaign execution • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies • Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement methodologies • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization Business Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: • Redpoint Global certification in Interaction or Data Management • Experience with other customer engagement platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics • Background in e-commerce or retail marketing • Experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Technical Environment: • Redpoint Interaction (RPI) • Redpoint Data Management (RDM) • SQL Server/Oracle databases • REST/SOAP APIs • JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Marketing automation platforms • CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) • Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
