📍 Location: Hybrid (NYC or Charlotte preferred)
🕒 Type: Full-Time | Contract or Permanent
💵 Pay Range: $65–$85/hr (W2) or $130K–$150K annually (DOE)

Overview
A leading financial institution is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting & Data Management Analyst to support complex U.S. regulatory reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in financial services, regulatory frameworks, and data management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support initiatives related to U.S. Federal Reserve and financial regulatory reporting (Y9C, Y14, Call Reports, Y15, 2052a, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements using Agile methodologies
• Analyze and manage large datasets in Hadoop/Cornerstone environments (on-prem and cloud)
• Utilize AxiomSL, Adenza, or Nasdaq tools to support reporting and data workflows
• Communicate complex financial and technical concepts across Finance, Business, and Technology teams
• Contribute to the development of financial data domains for regulatory and analytical use
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
• 5+ years in U.S. regulatory reporting, banking/financial services, or controllership
• Strong understanding of Agile (SAFe preferred); PMP certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and IT disciplines (infrastructure, software development, analytics)
• Familiarity with relational databases and big data environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AxiomSL, Adenza, or Nasdaq regulatory platforms
• Exposure to financial data architecture and domain development
• Certifications: SAFe Agile, PMP
