Role description
Summary:
Looking for a Technical/Functional expert to join our Regulatory Reporting IT Team. The ideal candidate for this role has the skills to do development, solution design, deep data analysis and possesses a strong functional knowledge of regulatory reporting topics. Technically the candidate should be able to develop on PL/SQL. Functionally the candidate should be able to synthesize user requirements, perform solution design, development and data validation for regulatory reporting topics (e.g. FR 2052A, FRY-15, etc).

Technical
β’ Strong knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL server.
β’ Oracle Data warehouse and DataMart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix.
β’ Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, Functions, Cursors.
β’ Releasing/packaging code into production. -Full understanding of SDLC life cycle.
Functional
β’ Expert knowledge developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting with expertise related to the FR 2052a report.
β’ Ability to create and implement solution designs to achieve business requirements
β’ Ability to analyze, problem solve and summarize functional subjects
β’ Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports
β’ Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information Other
β’ Ability to work independently and has excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience:
β’ 10+ yearsβ experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics
β’ Must have experience developing in PL/SQL and analyzing code
β’ Must have experience working within the regulatory reporting domain
β’ Must have experience liaising with end-users and technical teams
