Reltio Engineer / Reltio MDM Developer
Location :: Thousand Oaks, CA( Onsite)
Role Summary
The Senior Reltio MDM Engineer will support Amgen’s enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem by designing, developing, and maintaining Reltio-based solutions that enable a trusted, compliant, and governed single source of truth across key domains including HCP/HCO, Customer, Product, Affiliation, and Location.
This role is critical in supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Analytics use cases while ensuring compliance with GxP, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable data governance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesReltio & MDM Solution Delivery
· Design and configure Reltio data models (entities, relationships, reference data) aligned with enterprise master data standards
· Implement and optimize match, merge, and survivorship rules for HCP/HCO, Customer, and Product domains
· Configure validation rules, stewardship workflows, and governance controls within Reltio
· Support data onboarding, bulk loads, data migration, and legacy MDM decommissioning initiatives
· Optimize performance and scalability of Reltio tenant configurations
Integration & Platform Enablement
· Develop and manage Reltio REST APIs and event-driven integrations
· Integrate Reltio with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (Veeva CRM), SAP, AWS, and enterprise data lakes
· Collaborate with ETL/iPaaS teams using tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica
· Support inbound and outbound master data flows across upstream and downstream systems
Quality, Compliance & Operations
· Ensure data quality, lineage, traceability, and auditability across master data domains
· Maintain compliance with GxP, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and enterprise data privacy policies
· Support UAT, production releases, defect resolution, and change management processes
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, validation artifacts, and audit evidence
· Participate in platform monitoring and incident response
Collaboration & Governance
· Partner with business stakeholders, data governance, architecture, analytics, and compliance teams
· Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
· Support hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management implementations
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform
· Strong experience with data modeling, match/merge algorithms, and survivorship configuration
· Experience building REST APIs and event-based integrations
· Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards
· Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries
· Familiarity with HCP/HCO data domains
· Experience integrating with Salesforce (Veeva CRM), SAP, AWS, MuleSoft, or Informatica
· Understanding of GxP validation documentation and audit readiness processes
· Reltio certification
