This BI Analyst will join the University's Assessment, Evaluation, and Outcomes office. In this role, this BI Analyst will act as a customer liaison and support specialist responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating projects, doing basic proof of concept development, testing, training, documenting or extending current solutions, and/or delivering new solutions created by BI Developers. We are seeking an individual with experience developing custom reports and dashboards for executive audiences or unit leaders. Daily responsibilities will include visualization, requirements gathering, maintenance and support, collaboration, and customer service. This individual will focus on business process improvement and industry best practices in the Data Analytics space. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This position is a fully remote 6 month contract role, with possible extensions, and can pay between $40-50/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. Skills And Requirements • Bachelors degree in business, information systems or related fields may be substituted with appropriate years of experience in similar domains • At least 2 years of experience with developing custom reports and dashboards for executive audiences or unit leaders • Knowledge of multiple end-user data analytics platforms including Tableau and Power BI • 3+ years of experience in high touch customer facing BI Analysis and development • Exposure to higher education settings • Demonstrated experience with Data Analysis and Visualization, Requirements Gathering, Maintenance and Support, Collaboration, and Customer Service null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
