Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and support Duck Creek Billing solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end migration projects from legacy billing platforms to Duck Creek Billing.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Configure billing workflows, payment plans, invoices, commissions, write-offs, and collections.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation during migration activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
