Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a statewide public health initiative by driving data collection, data modeling, and distribution efforts while actively participating in document remediation to meet accessibility standards. In this role, the analyst will gather and validate data from online forms, design and implement comprehensive data models, and ensure these models are distributed to the appropriate systems and stakeholders. The IT BA will also be hands-on in remediating documents to ensure compliance with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 standards, leveraging tools and techniques to simplify content for broader readability and migrate content into accessible formats using JotForm. This position requires strong technical expertise, including proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation, and hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports. The IT BA will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain clear documentation, and ensure all deliverables meet statewide and federal compliance deadlines of April 2026. Ideal candidates will combine technical skills with accessibility knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment.
Compensation:
$40/hr. to $48/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
