Job Title: Greenhouse Techno Functional Developer
Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Full-Time
Overview
Responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations between Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM, and onboarding systems to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
• Configure Greenhouse workflows, fields, and webhooks
• Ensure accurate data flow for requisitions, candidates, offers, and hires
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement logging/monitoring
• Support HR, TA, and IT with integration and reporting needs
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of HRIS / integration development experience
• Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
• Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SFTP/file-based integrations
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby)
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, Workato, etc.)
