Overview
We are seeking two experienced Report Developers to join our team and help reduce backlog within our report request ticketing system. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and delivering reports requested by business units across the organization. This is a hands-on development role—not just data analysis—requiring strong technical skills in Microsoft Access and SQL, as well as the ability to work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming report requests from business units through the ticketing system.
• Build, test, and deliver reports primarily using Microsoft Access.
• Develop and optimize queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure the report meets functional needs.
• Conduct testing with end users and transition finalized reports to production teams.
• Contribute to backlog reduction by efficiently prioritizing and completing report development tasks.
• Provide subject matter expertise on reporting tools and best practices.
Preferred Experience
• Strong report building experience in Microsoft Access (required).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server (required) for queries and data preparation.
• Senior-level experience with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Experience with reporting and workflow tools such as Crystal Reports, RPA, Jira, Asana (preferred, not required).
• Exposure to WebFOCUS or Power BI a plus (Power BI not required at this stage).
• Business Analysis or Project Management experience helpful but not required.

• Self-starter who can quickly understand business needs and deliver accurate, usable reports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
