Responsibilities:
β’ Share updates and train teams on enhancements in reporting tools, dashboards, or metadata.
β’ Test and validate business intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
β’ Leverage BI tools to monitor and identify key customer trends and business opportunities.
β’ Analyze industry and geographic data to inform strategic recommendations.
β’ Oversee and update BI systems, dashboards, and other data solutions.
β’ Ensure timely delivery of critical business intelligence to stakeholders.
β’ Support, maintain, and optimize libraries of templates, model documents, and reusable resources.
β’ Produce and review comprehensive technical documentation for reporting systems.
β’ Engage with stakeholders to stay appraised of industry and competitive developments.
β’ Gather actionable intelligence from diverse internal and external sources.
β’ Examine technology shifts to identify new markets or optimize product strategies.
β’ Prepare and present custom or standard reports to executives and key decision makers.
Skills & Experience:
β’ Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
β’ Advanced analytical abilities with a track record of providing actionable business insights.
β’ Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and leading BI platforms such as Tableau.
β’ Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
β’ Familiarity with maintaining and enhancing business intelligence tools and processes.
