Reporting Analyst (Airtable)

Our client, a MedTech Surgery organization, is actively looking for a Reporting Analyst (Airtable) to join their team! This role is 100% remote however will require occasional travel to Blue Ash, OH throughout the assignment. • • • This is a 7.5 month contract with the opportunity to extend • • • The client is searching for a Reporting Analyst with specialized expertise in Airtable to assist in the formatting, refinement, and implementation of dashboards across the organization’s projects. The primary focus of this initiative is to standardize and align the content of project bills of material (BOM) to support the diverse needs of development, design, and designers engaged across our projects. The objective is to build standardized dashboards using Airtable interfaces, which will visualize project status and provide tailored insights for component development, equipment development, and component design. Responsibilities • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the advantages and tradeoffs among various table linkages and interactions to create an optimized Airtable architecture suitable for organizational needs • Possess advanced knowledge of Airtable database design, including expertise in establishing table relationships, selecting appropriate field types, and applying data normalization principles • Proficiency in creating, customizing, and automating workflows by utilizing Airtable’s built-in automation tools and integrations to streamline project processes • Be skilled in leveraging the Airtable API for custom development tasks and integrating third-party applications to extend functionality as required • Have a strong command of data visualization and reporting features within Airtable, including managing dashboards, configuring views, and designing charts for project oversight • Be capable of training end users, offering ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices to maximize the utility of Airtable solutions Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree is preferred • 5+ years of experience working intimately with Airtable for database design, creating/customizing/automation workflows, and for custom development tasks • Strong project management and organizational experience, ideally at an enterprise scale • Strong reporting skills within Airtable and other dashboarding tools (ie PBI, Tableau, etc.) • Must be a strong communicator
