Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
About this role:
Seeking a highly motivated Reporting Analyst (Business Execution Consultant) to join the Human Resources (HR) Loudspeaker team. You will join our mission of amplifying employee voices and driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives. This role will provide operational, analytic, and reporting support to ensure the team delivers timely, data-driven insights to senior HR leaders and business partners. As a key member of the team, you will help maintain the integrity of our response processes, manage reporting routines, and support executive-level storytelling through insights and trends analysis.
Responsibilities:
Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting routines for HR Loudspeaker team, HR Loudspeaker SMEs, and HR Leaders.
Manage the Decision Response Library lifecycle to evaluate and request new standard responses, maintain refresh calendars, publish updates, and communicate changes to HR Loudspeaker consultants.
Analyze HR cyclical and unplanned events to forecast submission volume, conduct impact and sentiment analysis to inform capacity planning, and identify and escalate event disruptors.
Build and maintain executive-ready presentations and dashboards.
Develop awareness and understanding of HR submissions, identify trends and conduct analysis to be shared back to the line of business leaders through insightful reporting and data analysis.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior audiences.
Consult with HR leaders and subject matter experts to address employee feedback and recommend improvements to the employee experience.
Lead team initiatives that improve processes and strengthen reporting quality
Communicate team results through presentations and other methods
Build and maintain relationships with employees, leadership, and business partners
Ensure service level agreements are achieved
Interact with other line of business Loudspeaker consultants, managers, and the Enterprise Loudspeaker team to create best practices and improved workflows
Work closely with the Enterprise Loudspeaker Intake Consultants to report status, metrics, and trends of employee feedback.
Qualifications:
