Reporting & Systems Analyst
Contract Type & Duration: 12-month contract
Onsite Requirement: 4 days per week onsite (or 5 shorter days) - Marysville, OH
The Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst plays a key role in optimizing and maintaining the technology platforms that support recruitment and hiring. This role bridges HR and IT by ensuring systems are configured, integrated, and utilized effectively to enhance the candidate experience, recruiter efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Serve as the primary systems administrator for talent acquisition platforms β configuring and testing workflows, user permissions, templates, and enhancements.
β’ Partner with recruiters and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and develop system-based solutions.
β’ Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline hiring workflows.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and integrations, coordinating with HRT and vendors to resolve issues.
β’ Provide end-user support, training, and guidance for recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
β’ Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Top 3 Required Skills
β’ Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in HR systems, preferably within talent acquisition.
β’ Hands-on experience with recruitment CRM platforms and ATS (e.g., Beamery, Avature, Phenom People).
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Required Skills
β’ Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly organized.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Visio).
Desired Skills
β’ Experience with change management and training.
β’ Familiarity with automation tools or scripting.
β’ Knowledge of recruitment marketing platforms and CRM systems.
