REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2 years of experience in a reporting and data driven role, specifically within customer care/contact centers
- Confident in data manipulation, and proficient in excel
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- SQL, PowerBI experience
- Experience using Meditrac (Healthcare Solutions Platform -system used by insurance payers to run their dayβtoβday operations)
JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a Reporting Analyst to work in the Workforce Management team of a dental insurance client. This role pulls, analyzes, and reports performance data for customer service, grievances, utilization management, and claims teams so leadership can understand how efficiently teams are working and how customers feel. For Customer Care Unit, you'll be pulling data like call volume, handle time, wait times, and staffing vs demand. For grievances, understanding backlogs, trends, and turnaround times that complaints are being handled. For NPS, pulling survey results, tracking trends over time, and breaking down the results to see how members feel. For Utilization Management and Claims team data, you'll be reporting on how many cases worked and claims processed, individual and team productivity, etc. This Analyst will pull data from systems (call center tools, claims systems, UM platforms) and work within dashboards.
8AM-5PM work schedule in local time zone
Can sit anywhere in the US outside California, Florida, Nevada
